The monthly payment covers everything required to keep your website running at its best after it goes live. This includes secure and reliable website hosting, access to ongoing support for any issues or questions, regular maintenance to ensure the site stays optimised and functional, and minor edits or content updates depending on your chosen package. It's designed to take the pressure off you — no need to worry about managing the technical side or hiring someone else to fix issues. We handle it all, so your business stays online and looking its best.
Yes — the design fee is a one-time payment that covers the full design and development of your website. This includes discovery, planning, wireframes, custom design, full site build, mobile optimisation, and setup. We won’t begin any design work until this fee is paid, and it is non-refundable. It ensures you're investing in a fully custom and professional site built to match your business goals and branding — without the high agency price tag.
Definitely. We understand that your business might grow or change, and your website should be able to grow with you. You can upgrade to a higher package at any time, or add extra features like additional pages, blog functionality, booking systems, or even e-commerce options. These can be quoted separately and either added to your existing setup or spread into your monthly payment if agreed upon.
All the design and content we create for your site is yours to use. However, the website itself is hosted and managed through our Webflow account to allow us to deliver updates, support, and maintenance smoothly. This setup avoids confusion and ensures we can keep your site running efficiently. If you ever wish to take full control and ownership of the website — including transferring it to your own Webflow account — we can arrange this for an additional one-time transfer fee. This gives you full access to manage everything independently if that’s your preference.
Most websites are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on the package and how quickly you provide content and feedback. More complex sites or additional features may extend the timeline slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Your monthly payment is set on a 12-month fixed term from the time your site goes live. After that period, you’re welcome to renew, cancel, or transfer your site. Cancelling during the fixed term may result in fees or the site being taken offline.
If a monthly payment is missed, you'll have 7 days (from the due date) to resolve it. We'll send reminders via email. If it remains unpaid, your website will be temporarily taken offline, and a £20 reactivation fee will apply once payment is received.
